We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Marketing Specialist to support CareRing Health’s talent acquisition function. This role bridges the gap between recruiting operations and employer branding, ensuring that candidates experience a seamless, engaging, and compelling journey from first impression to hire.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in recruiting processes (sourcing, screening, candidate experience) and a passion for recruitment marketing (social media, job postings, brand campaigns). This individual will actively manage our online employment brand presence, optimize candidate pipelines, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
