Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

    • Support daily staff scheduling and coordination of home health visits

    • Assist with timekeeping and payroll processing

    • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding and personnel file management

    • Serve as a key support to the Clinical Director, helping with day-to-day administrative tasks

    • Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, faxing, copying, scanning, and maintaining organized records

    • Perform various tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
  • Highly motivated and able to work at a fast pace.
  • Must be highly organized with excellent time-management skills with the ability to change priorities as they arise.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working and communicating with a wide range of people.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Ability to work independently with energy and empathy towards others.
  • Previous home care scheduling and recruiting experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
