Overview

The Financial Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. You will be responsible for coordinating various financial data and notifications, collaborating with different teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate daily financial eligibility and authorization activities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure clear direction of activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of verification processes and technical solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze operational activities to ensure financial outcomes.
  • Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Manage key technology applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to dependable transportation required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management.
