The Compliance Coordinator supports the implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the organization adheres to all applicable contractual and legal requirements. This role assists in maintaining a comprehensive, data-driven QAPI (Quality Assurance Performance Improvement) program to enhance quality of care outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.
• Managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining tracking and reporting tools to assess Compliance

• Reviewing all policies, state and federal regulations and education/training systems, or processes to ensure compliance.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of industry regulations set by the Department of Health, Community Health Choices, OLTL among others, including but not limited to, general developments/updates in health, the health care system and policies promulgated by the regulatory bodies.

• Conducting investigations into identified or reported risks.
• Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
• Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Compliance role (essential).
• Analytical thinker with conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
