Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

    • Reviews and screens incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Support the scheduling of interviews and assist in facilitating the interview process.
    • Conduct background checks, including criminal backgrounds, reference checks, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Aid in scheduling orientation, ensuring that new hires come prepared with the necessary documents for an efficient and effective onboarding process.
    • Support the onboarding/orientation process as needed.
    • Assist with administrative duties as it relates to client services.
    • Perform various tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
  • Highly motivated and able to work at a fast pace.
  • Must be highly organized with excellent time-management skills with the ability to change priorities as they arise.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working and communicating with a wide range of people.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Ability to work independently with energy and empathy towards others.
  • Previous home care scheduling and recruiting experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
