We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to serve as our Director, Operations (reporting to our VP, Operations) to help lead our home care business in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of home care services, including managing branch leadership
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to maximize productivity and service quality
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals
    •  

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with leadership and branch personnel (including the community event team and other service lines) to develop and execute long-term strategies for growth and service expansion
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and market presence
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Staff Management

  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and retention
  • Manage, hire, train, performance management, evaluate, etc. assigned staff
    •  

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns
    •  

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners
  • Represent the organization in public forums and industry events to promote home care services
  • Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and families to resolve issues and ensure effective communication
    •  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in home care operations, healthcare management, or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • In-depth knowledge of home care regulations, billing practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
