Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing the Company’s patient and employee quality assurance initiatives
  • Research/investigate patient and employee experiences with the Company, which will include:
    • Conducting telephone and in-person conversations with patient inquiries and employment applicants to better understand their application/on-boarding experiences
    • Conducting telephone and in-person conversations with existing patients and employees to better understand their experiences with the Company
    • Conducting telephone and in-person conversations with departing patients and employees to better understand their reasons for departure
  • Address corrective measures as needed
  • Identify key trends and provide detailed reporting to executive team on research findings

Qualifications

  • LPN licensed
  • Excellent customer-service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (enjoys talking to people on the phone for extended periods of time)
  • Detail-oriented
  • One or more years of experience in similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Excel
